This Privacy Policy defines how Limited Liability Company "Seven Mountains" (EDRPOU 39228493), hereinafter referred to as "We", collects, uses and protects personal data of users of the website https://compete.ai/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1. This Privacy Policy uses the following terms:
1.1.1. CompetAI digital online service, which conducts competitor search and analysis, generates recommendations, provides analytical marketing data, located at https://compete.ai (hereinafter referred to as the Site);
1.1.2. Administration of the site compete.ai (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) - authorized employees acting on behalf of LLC "Seven Mountains", who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions or operations performed with personal data;
1.1.3. Personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Data) - information belonging to a directly or indirectly identified natural person (personal data subject), which may be provided to other persons;
1.1.4. Data Processing – a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction of Data;
1.1.5. Data Confidentiality – a mandatory requirement for the Administration to prevent the distribution of Data without the consent of the subject or the presence of another legal basis;
1.1.6. Cookies – a small fragment of user data sent by a web server and stored on a computer or other device used to log in to the Site. In other words, Cookies serve to make using the Site more convenient, for example, so that the user does not have to repeat the login process during the next visit. The Site uses both permanent and session Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on the user's computer or other device through which the Site is logged in for a long period of time, and session Cookies are automatically deleted when the browser window is closed;
1.1.7. Pixel is a small piece of data used to track user actions on the Site in order to improve the quality of the service.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The use of the Site by the User means his full agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of Data processing.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Site.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for the User's actions on third-party sites to which the User may access the links available on the Site or actions on sites that contain a link to the Site.
2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the data provided by the User to the Site.

3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Administration's obligations to not disclose and ensure the confidentiality of the Data that the user leaves when filling out and submitting forms on the Site.
3.2. Data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the user by filling out registration forms on the Site and may include the following information:
3.2.1. email address (e-mail);
3.3. The Administration protects Data that is automatically transmitted during the process of viewing advertising blocks and visiting pages on which the Pixel is installed.
3.4. Disabling Cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Site or its incorrect operation.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. The Administration may use the user's data for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identification of a user who is registered or has previously left his/her data on the Site for autofilling forms;
4.1.2. Providing the user with access to personalized resources;
4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the user, including sending messages and requests regarding the use of the Site;
4.1.4. Notifying the user of the status of the application;
4.1.5. Providing the user with effective customer and technical support in the event of problems related to the use of the Site;
4.1.6. Providing the user with special offers, newsletters and other information on behalf of the seven mountains marketing agency or on behalf of the partners of the Seven Mountains marketing agency.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. User data is processed without any time limit, by any lawful means, including in information data systems with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools.
5.2. User data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.
5.3. In the event of data loss or disclosure, the Administration shall inform the user about the loss or disclosure of data.
5.4. The Administration shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unauthorized actions of third parties.
5.5. The Administration, together with the user, shall take the necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of User Data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The User is obliged to:
6.1.1. Provide information about the Data necessary to successfully fill out the feedback forms on the Site.
6.2. The Administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not disclosed without the prior written consent of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in other possible ways the transferred User data, with the exception of clause 5.2. of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User Data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information;
6.2.4. Block the User's Data from the moment of the user's request or request, his/her legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of Data subjects for the period of verification in case of detection of unreliable Data or illegal actions.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS

7.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the user.
7.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
7.3. All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be reported to the Administration.
